In this role you will:

Delivers exceptional service to BMO customers and prospects. Identifies customer needs and provides advice and guidance regarding financial solutions that are in the best interests of customers. As a member of the BGIS Sustainable Cleaning Solutions Team, you will be generally responsible for cleaning in a designated zone with an emphasis on quality control, health and safety & striving to exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Functioning as a core member of the operational team and reporting to the Manager/ Supervisor as a Cleaner you may be required to perform some of the following tasks as required by the Manager/Supervisor and needs of the client:

• Clean floors by sweeping, scrubbing, or vacuuming.
• Dry/wet mop (wash/scrub) and polish hard surface floors. (The washing/scrubbing of floors is done with handheld or auto scrubbers. In large open applications, automatic equipment may be used to perform these functions)
• Strip and finish hard surface floors manually or with power equipment (when required).
• Steam clean or shampoo carpets (when required).
• Transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor.
• Transport maintenance machinery, where necessary, between floors and job sites.
• Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used.
• Cleans glass areas requiring ladders, scaffolding or other extension equipment to reach.
• Cleans washroom floors including stripping and finishing.
• Cleans stairwells and elevator cabs where ladders are required.
