Specific Accountabilities
- Using a client centred and collaborative approach with the client the incumbent develops a tailored Employment Action Plan which is monitored, and outcomes managed.
- Interviews, assesses, and guides the client to explore their career, employment and training goals. Works with the client to identify activities, incentives and supports that are most suited to the individual in achieving their desired outcomes.
- Maintain up-to-date client records and files in accordance with funded program Guidelines and departmental procedures.
- Advocates on client’s behalf to gain access to relevant community resources and ensures continued support for access to services.
- Develops, and secures direct employment opportunities, meaningful work experience and training for clients. The incumbent develops employer leads and connections to support all service delivery components of Lambton College Community Employment Services.
- Creates individualized training agreements including determination of the appropriate length of placement, level of financial incentives, monitoring schedule and required assessments/training. Modify training plans and discuss resources to support the training process, as needed.
- Network using targeted marketing/outreach strategies to create and maintain effective relationships with the employer and community partners.
- Prepares and facilitates information sessions/presentations for employers and associations and community organizations as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 year degree/diploma in one of the following areas: Human Resources Professional / Business Administration/ Career Development
- Minimum of three years of experience as a consultant working with multi-barriered clients requiring career planning or job search assistance and related placement and employment/career advising experience
- Strong computer skills in MS Office programs including outlook and excel
- Experience with CaMS and Clockwork would be an asset

Coke Canada Bottling Sales Development Manager’s (SDM) are our Field Sales Associates/Representatives responsible for identifying and selling against opportunities within Coke Canada’s local and national large store customers. The SDM is required to maximize profitable sales opportunities by thoroughly understanding the complexity of the channels and building relationships with customers. They are also responsible for finding new local large store customers. #CBSAS

Responsibilities
- Successfully sell customer promotional plans, incremental displays and equipment placements that include annual Customer Marketing Agreements and align with the customer's and the Coke Canada system’s business objectives and strategies.
- Evaluate outlet opportunities for new and existing Large Store customers.
- Develop a customized business plan addressing the critical needs of the customer(s)
- Work collaboratively with the merchandising Supervisors and order replenishment team to ensure that revenue and profit goals are achieved, and that appropriate inventory levels and merchandising standards are maintained at each store
- Ensures a high level of customer service and resolves issues promptly
- Sell in promotional programs and ensure dealer compliance
- Execute channel and customer promotions/programs that leverage national brand strategies
- Proactively arrange time and territory to achieve optimum face-to-face selling opportunities
- Build or modify displays, sections, end caps, racks & coolers in line with Coke Canada Bottling’s standards and programs
- Be able to lift, carry and position product (weight up to 30lbs) above shoulder height without assistance
Qualifications
- One to three (1-3) years selling in consumer goods industry required
- Minimum of one (1) year in consumer products/direct store delivery sales/major account management
- Strong analytical, organizational, planning, verbal and written communications skills are a must
- Proficient using a variety of computer programs
- Valid driver's license and driving record free from any major violations for the past three (3) years
- Must have access to a personal vehicle for use during working hours
- Post-secondary education is preferred

Job Summary: As a Cleaner of the BGIS SCS Team, you will be generally responsible for cleaning in a designated zone with an emphasis on quality control, health and safety & striving to exceed client expectations.
Key Responsibilities: Functioning as a core member of the operational team and reporting to the Manager/ Supervisor the Cleaner will:
- Clean floors by sweeping, mopping or vacuuming
- Sweeping of exterior perimeter of the building
- Empty waste receptacle
- Transport garbage from drop points to garbage bins or compactor
- Cleans and stores equipment and machinery used
- Replenishes cleaning solutions
- Follow procedures for dilution of detergents
- Low and high dusting, wiping surfaces, glass cleaning and cleaning bathrooms as required
- Notify supervisors concerning the need for major repairs
- Other duties that management may assign depending on facility needs (cleaning appliances, run dishwashers etc.)
Job Requirements:
- Experience in performing various cleaning, housekeeping and maintenance activities in an institutionalized environment.
- Experience in using floor maintenance machines, cleaning equipment, materials and solutions.
- Knowledge of the Occupational Health and Safety Act and the provisions that apply to this work including WHMIS.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain cooperative working relationships with staff, clients and the general public.
- Ability and willingness to work weekends, holidays and shifts as assigned as well as work in multiple locations.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions, prepare and maintain manual and electronic records.
