The Team

Welcome to the Adult Custody Division team. As an employee at one of ten correctional centres, you will work alongside a team of correctional officers towards the common goal of maintaining the safety and security of the individuals in our custody. Correctional officers have the opportunity to rotate through designated posts in several departments, each of which is overseen by a correctional supervisor and the broader management team to provide direction and guidance. Qualifications:
Education and Experience Requirements

• 19 years of age or older
• Grade 12 or equivalent*
• Grade 12 English with a final grade of 70% or equivalent*
• Valid BC Driver's license (minimum class 5), or equivalent from another province.
