The machinist cuts, shapes and finishes metal to make precision machined parts and components used in all areas of manufacturing. A technical diploma is preferred, while holding an Ontario Certificate of Qualification in either Machinist (429A) or Tool & Die Maker (430A). How you will make contributions that matter:
- Plan, manage and support the various CapEx projects for Canadian plants, process installation projects, packaging, building and utilities;

How you will make contributions that matter:
- Plan, manage and support the various CapEx projects for Canadian plants, process installation projects, packaging, building and utilities;
- Establish preliminary concepts for equipment layout and present them to plants and related departments;
- Actively participate in the development and maintenance of installation standards;
- Coordinate and supervise the execution of projects, including monitoring the various subcontractors and make yourself available during the work (perhaps outside regular working hours);
- Collaborate with the buyer in the engineering department, define equipment specifications and purchase offers, make their selection and group purchases in order to optimize costs;
- Prepare budget estimates in close collaboration with other departments (operations, maintenance);
