Essential Qualifications

• Valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s licence;
• Related work experience with traffic control would be an asset

• Must possess and maintain a valid Yukon Class 5 driver’s licence;
• Transportation Dangerous Goods Certificate (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).
   

Job Requirements:

Travel, working in adverse weather conditions, mandatory use of personal protective equipment, adhering to the safety program and all applicable policies and procedures, shift work, and working outside of headquarters area for extended periods of time.

Qualifications

Requirements:

Languages: Candidates must have knowledge of the English Language
Education: Candidates need standard educational qualifications such as a Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
Experience: Candidates need experience of 7 months to less than 1 year
Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses: Candidates must have Provincial/territorial Real Estate Sales Licence
Computer and technology knowledge: Candidates must have knowledge of MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word

Shifts: Day, Evening, Night, Weekend, Overtime, On Call, Flexible Hours, Early Morning and Morning
Work setting: Work in employer’s/client’s home, rural area, urban area, real estate, remote location, various locations and on-site customer service
Security and safety: Bond required, basic security clearance is required, driver’s validity licence should checked, criminal record should checked
Own tools/equipment: Candidates should have Computer, Internet access and Cellular phone

Physical Requirements:

• The candidate should be able to work under pressure, in fast-paced environment, maintain tight deadlines,pay attention to detail and also stand for extended periods
• The candidate should be a combination of sitting, standing, walking

Other Requirements:

• • The candidate should have efficient interpersonal skills and also an excellent oral and written communication

• The candidate should have experience of real estate like commercial, industrial, land, residential, farmland, investment and also new residential home building
• The candidate should have specialization on property appraisal, property management, leasing/renting, marketing strategy development, real estate data analysis, real estate counselling and also advertise and/or promote products, sales or services

Responsibilities:

• The candidate should be able to solicit property sales listings from prospective vendors, establish asking price, conduct open houses for prospective buyers, draw up sales agreements for purchaser’s and seller’s approval, use real estate software packages and also advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements and related matters
• The candidate should be able to assist prospective buyers in selecting, visiting and inspecting real estate properties and also assist prospective buyers in making offers of purchase on real estate properties
