As a member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you’ll work in a fast-paced Banking Center and use your knowledge of financial services products to help clients with their day-to-day banking needs. As a Client Service Representative, whether it’s answering questions, assisting with transactions, or proactively connecting clients with the right team members, you’ll be the first line of support as clients work towards their financial goals. You’re flexible to work our banking centre hours which may include evenings and weekends. In the role of National Supply Chain Finance Manager working in Toronto, ON you will be part of the Six Pints Supply Chain Finance team.  You will be the key finance business lead for the brewery and distribution locations across Canada. SUMMARY
Responsibilities include access control, escalations, loss prevention, incident response, and reporting safety and security incidents. The successful candidate will use strong customer service skills and the ability to facilitate effective communication internally and externally to perform the job. They will respond to email, triage issues, and direct them to the proper authority for resolution. They also assist in the timely completion of reports. They perform administrative and miscellaneous duties as directed by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Monitors physical security operations at the client.
2. Monitors cameras and access control systems covering data calls and entry/exit doors.
