ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       The functions listed describe the business purpose of this job. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. ·       Reporting directly to the District Manager the Site Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining profitable relationships with our Client. As the primary external representative to our customer, the Site Manager must convey a sense of expertise in all of our services in a professional manner.

·       All assigned duties or tasks are deemed to be part of the essential functions, unless such duties or tasks are unrelated to the functions listed, in which case they are deemed to be other (non-essential) functions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

·       Schedules guards on the site

·       Creates and maintains client Post Orders.

·       Creates strong customer relationships.

·       Establishes and maintains an effective liaison with the client through regularly scheduled calls and communications as outlined in Best Practices.

·       Resolves all client and guard issues in consultation with District Manager

·       Responds and resolves site emergencies and issues.

·       Supports Branch Office

·       Ensures compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act.

·       Investigates accidents and/or critical injuries on-site.

·       Other duties as assigned.

POSITION SPECIFICATIONS:

·       Must be self motivated and have the ability to relate to and communicate with individuals at all levels.

QUALIFICATIONS:

·       University degree or College diploma in a related field or combination of experience and education

·       Minimum of three (3) years of supervisory experience preferably within the Security industry is essential.

Observes and reports activities and incidents at an assigned client site, providing for the security and safety of client property and personnel. Makes periodic patrols to check for irregularities and to inspect protection devices and fire control equipment. Preserves order and may act to enforce regulations and directives for the site pertaining to personnel, visitors, and premises. Controls access to client site or facility through the admittance process Patrols assigned site on foot or in vehicle; checks for unsafe conditions, hazards, unlocked doors, security violations, blocked entrances and exits, mechanical problems, and unauthorized persons. Protects evidence or scene of incident in the event of accidents, emergencies, or security investigations. Responds to incidents of fire, medical emergency, bomb threat, flooding, water discharge, elevator emergency, hazardous materials, inclement weather, and other incidents. Prepares logs and reports as required. Specific duties or tasks may vary and be documented separately. The employee might not be required to perform all functions listed. • Process customs release and/or confirm declarations for repetitive and non-complex shipments using the client's profile in the CCBS system (creates or modifies line code/classification).
