The Level 4 – Maintenance Multi Skilled is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting and repairing a variety of mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems within an industrial environment.

Responsibility

·         Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic issues of the production equipment to minimize downtime.

·         Perform predictive and preventative maintenance on machinery and equipment according to established schedules.

·         Assist in the installation and commissioning of new equipment, ensure all systems are properly integrated and functional.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• A minimum of three (3) years of verifiable driving experience is required, including at least one year as an owner-operator.
• Equipment must not be more than 7 years old and have a maximum of 600,000 miles. Equipment must pass an onboarding inspection at a Linamar approved facility.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and to enter the United States
• Must possess a valid class AZ driver’s license that has not been suspended or revoked in the past 36 months
• Must be admissible into the US and able to obtain a FAST card.
• Must meet USDOT medical requirements
• Must provide a recent criminal record search or a valid FAST card
• Must provide an original driver’s abstract no older than 3 months, no more than 3 demerit points
• Must provide an original CVOR abstract no older than 3 months

RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Auto Mechanic 310T is responsible for the inspection repair and maintenance and diagnostic tests of the UPS vehicle fleet.
