Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:
- Develop and execute category strategies that capitalize on our brand positions to drive channel growth and share gains
- Develop consumer-centric innovation to address consumer pain points, and lead the commercialization of new product innovations, working with cross-functional stakeholders including product development, finance, revenue management, operations, packaging, graphics, & purchasing to ensure successful, on-time launches
- Initiate category specific brand management and communication in collaboration with Brand team
- Partner with Revenue Management lead to ensure price and promotional strategies are optimized
- Work closely with Sales to understand and execute against specific customer strategies or tactics
- Consistently leverage data and develop insights from Nielsen and internal data sources to provide category share and financial reporting and analysis for the category, including weekly, monthly, and annual rhythms as well as ad hoc analyses
- Analyze brands, market, and competitive trends and recommend suitable actions
- Participate in MLF’s annual budgeting and five-year planning process

Skills and Qualifications
- A Diploma in a related field (e.g., Certificate of Facilities Management, Building Environmental Systems, Business, etc.) or a combination of education, training and experience deemed equivalent.
- A minimum of six (6) years’ progressive experience in facility operations or facility maintenance with two (2) or more years in a supervisory and leadership role preferably in a unionized Facilities Services environment.
- Certifications or Designations Certifications related to facility management (e.g., Certificate of Facility Management Administrator (FMA), Property Administrator Certificate and Trade Certification) will be considered an asset.

Skills and Qualifications
- Must be in good physical condition in order to be able to stand and walk holding a stop sign for up to one hour at a time in all weather conditions.
- Must demonstrate good hearing and eyesight.
- Should have good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must be able to work independently without direct day to day supervision.
- Must be available Monday to Friday during the school year for 3 shifts per day (at school entry; at school lunch break, at school dismissal) as per the provided hours of duty.
- Access to a vehicle is an asset.
- You will be working 3 shifts consisting of up to 3.5 hours a day, during an 8 hour window.
- A Vulnerable Sector Check (Level 3) will be required of the successful candidate, at their own expense, to verify the absence of a criminal record for which a pardon has not been granted.

- Must be able to perform, throughout the assigned shift, driving, fuelling, sweeping, litter/trash pickup, vacuuming, checking fluid levels (oil, coolant, windshield washer, diesel exhaust fluid etc.), checking tires, removing/dumping fare boxes that may weigh up to approximately 16kgs., and detailed interior cleaning on all Transit vehicles (buses, cars and trucks/vans) at Central Parkway and/or Malton facilities
- Will be required to use a variety of cleaning and detergent products to perform interior and exterior cleaning on buses and other transit vehicles
- Will be required to meet reasonable time expectancy in performing assigned duties
- Will be required to complete work-related/incident reports as required

Skills and Qualifications
- Must have a minimum of Grade 12 education or equivalent
- Experience in automotive vehicle / commercial cleaning an asset

- Knowledge of the O.H. & S. Act and WHMIS legislation requirements are an asset

Reporting to the Supervisor, Collections, the successful candidate will be an integral member of the Collections team. This team is responsible for the collection of miscellaneous City Accounts Receivables, Provincial Offence Act fines, Property Taxes and the Municipal Accommodation Tax.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Post and track remittances;
- Perform monthly reconciliations for various areas;
- Identify and monitor delinquent accounts and determine applicable collection activities;
- Prepare an analysis to monitor, measure and report on the various types of accounts to provide regular updates;
- Act as a point of contact for key stakeholders;
- Provide quality customer service by responding to internal and external customer inquiries;
- Prepare and issue all related correspondence;
- Maintain and update information regularly;
- Calculate penalty and interest charges and apply to property tax accounts where applicable;
- Negotiate payment arrangements with customers on accounts in arrears;
- Coordinate with Legal Services for the resolution of any collection issues and legal action;

Skills and Qualifications
- Completed post-secondary degree/diploma with a focus in finance, accounting, business, public administration or a related field;
