What you’ll do:   

  • Installation of Rogers Ignite products and services including internet, home phone, TV/streaming and smart home monitoring.

  • Servicing and maintaining products with in-home support for customers by educating them on the best Rogers has to offer and how to get the best experience with their services. 

  • Inform customers of enhanced company products to secure increased sales. 

  • Complete company documentation pertaining to calls in accordance with the department processes and standards. 

  • Complete all assigned projects within established time parameters and standards. 

 

 

What you bring:

  • Must have knowledge in Wi-Fi and general computer troubleshooting skills. 

  • Previous technical Telecommunications experience considered an asset but not a requirement. 

  • Possess and maintain a personal vehicle (and insurance), for the purpose of your work that meets Rogers specifications and safety standards.

  • Possess and maintain appropriate tools and equipment to perform the duties

Our Store Team Members are inspired doers. They help provide a positive in-store shopping experience by ensuring the store is always ready with available products that meet customer needs to live life well.  Our Clerks inspire our customers through delightful conversation and knowledge of products.

 

What you’ll do 

  • Provide great customer service by ensuring the store shelves are stocked and by responding to customer needs

  • Maintain and stock product displays and shelves that meet company standards

  • Ensure accurate product scanning and identify inventory needs and assist with ordering

  • Setup company-directed promotions and programs

  • Keep department areas neat and ensure health and safety standards

  • Driven and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment 

  • Resourceful and courteous when resolving customer questions
