Role
Reporting to the IM Programs Manager and as a member of a support team, the Information Analyst supports the provision of information management (IM) advice, guidance, and direction to client ministries. Responsibilities encompass the analysis and implementation phases for a broad variety of IM initiatives including:
- Completing reviews and collection of IM requirements and practices;
- Understanding current business processes and procedures;
- Supporting clients in understanding IM risks related to current business activities; and

Physical Requirements:
- The candidates should be a repetitive tasker
- The candidates should be able to sit, stand, walk, bend, crouch, and kneel for extended periods
- The candidates should be able to handle weight Up to 9 kg (20 lbs)
- The candidates should be able to work in non-smoking area
Candidate Status:
- Candidate must be a Canadian Citizen or temporary or permanent resident of Canada
- Candidate must have legal authorized (Work Permit) to work in Canada

Responsibilities:
- The candidates should be able to sweep, mop, wash and polish floors
- The candidates should be able to dust furniture
- The candidates should be able to vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture
- The candidates should be able to clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
- The candidates should be able to disinfect operating rooms and other areas
- The candidates should be able to clean and disinfect elevators, wash windows, walls and ceilings
- The candidates should be able to pick up debris and empty trash containers
