What you will do:

• Review tender documents including specifications, drawings and addendums.
• Daily review of upcoming tenders and tracking job closing dates
• Prepare estimates based on contract bids, drawings and specifications
• Produce quotes for customers
• Responsible for completing the quote process which includes offering pricing terms according to established margins, sourcing of additional and comparable products.
• Prepare shop drawings/submittal packages on project quotes as requested by customers.
• Provide customers with accurate pricing and lead time/availability on quoted products as requested.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing affiliated suppliers/vendors required to support ongoing current costs as required for the quote process.
• Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers by addressing inquiries concerning current quotes in progress and/or completed; in addition, with the intention of cultivating additional business.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Perform accurate pipe and fitting take-offs for project planning and material estimation.
• Participate in assigned training opportunities.

• Post-Secondary Education in Business Administration and/or Mechanical related discipline considered an asset
• Previous Inside Sales related industry experience preferred
• General computer skills including Microsoft Office required, knowledge of Syntax AS400 system would be an asset.

How you will make contributions that matter: 

·                 Responsible for efficient operation of fluid processing equipment from silos to finished product.

This is a frontline supervisor position that supports the FedEx Express (FXE) Safety Above All Culture and manages specific day-to-day sort operations and assigned Cargo Handlers (CH) staff within a station. Responsible to lead and guide employees in proper package handling, routing and recovery of potential service failures within the station sort function. Englobe is looking for a Senior or Intermediate Structural Engineer for a full-time two weeks on, two weeks off, rotational position on a long-term project being delivered within the Province of Newfoundland and Labrador. You will live in a company house, drive a company vehicle, and have all expenses paid, including your flight and a per-diem allowance. The ideal candidate can sit anywhere in Canada. Responsibilities

• Perform structural condition assessments in an operating industrial plant.
• Prepare reports in collaboration with the lead Structural Engineer and Project Manager.
• Perform design and analysis of structural steel and concrete elements.
• Provide design sketches, and coordinate work with draftspersons and other engineering departments.
• Generate deliverable documentation (i.e.. drawings and specifications) for structural projects.
• Regularly review shop drawings, answer RFI’s and develop design solutions and modifications when warranted by site conditions.

Your Profile
