The International Pricing Analyst is the key liaison between Day & Ross Trade Networks and our partner carriers to build superior solutions for our customers. Responsible for providing the correct balance of pricing and service to win with customers. This position is all about driving results by taking initiative, working closely with sales, customers, and carrier vendors where you will use your superior customer service skills and strong negotiation skills to provide the right pricing and service to win business and enabling our continuous growth. How You’ll Help
- Monthly Rate updates and distribution
- Monthly designated carrier assignment and distribution

Your Skills & Experience:
- Post-secondary degree in business or related field, university preferred.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in rating and/billing in the transportation industry.
- A suitable combination of education and experience may be considered.
- International pricing experience, an asset.
- Excellent computer skills: including advanced Excel and the ability to learn new programs and platforms.
- Ability to work with and apply mathematical concepts to practical situations and scenarios
- Advanced communication skills including the ability to relay information (verbal and written) between several parties, across departments, functions, divisions; the ability to prepare detailed and accurate presentations both numerical and text driven.

Qualifications

- Apprentice Trailer Technicians, under the leadership of a journeyperson, are involved in all aspects of the repair and maintenance of trailers (see above) and may provide general direction and guidance to Pre-Apprentice Technicians. Apprentice Technicians are expected to work more independently and exercise greater judgment through the various stages of the apprenticeship, obtaining final verification of work from a Journeyperson Technician.
- Journeyperson Technicians independently repair and maintain trailers (see above) and provide general direction, guidance, mentoring and training to Pre-Apprentice and Apprentice Technicians.

Your Skills & Experience:
- Post secondary training in trailer repair and/or completion of trailer technician certificate course
- Preference given to applicants with Red Seal journeyperson certification
- Additional training in tire repairs and/or refrigeration will be considered an asset
- CVIP, an asset
- Candidates enrolled in trailer repair apprenticeship may also be considered.
- Valid Class 1 license also considered an asset

Your Contribution
As a Shop Technician, you will work in collaboration with the Tanknology team
Your main responsibilities will be:

Low level office and shop area maintenance
-
Equipment maintenance, testing, and repair
-
Interaction with Measurement Canada officials
-
Coordinate pickup and delivery. National travel by land vehicle, by air, by commercial ferrie
-
Management and documentation of government certified devices
-
Manufacturing shop aides and equipment as required. (shelving/storage units, fixtures, CP sticks, etc..)

General housekeeping and organization
- Apply and promote Englobe’s health and safety rules
Your Profile
- Previous mechanical experience required
- Must have a valid (Canadian) driver’s licence.
- Welding experince an asset
- Knowing how to work safely with AC and DC electricity as well as general logic level voltage practices would be an asset. (Multi-meter, power supply, o-scope)
- Demonstrated sensitivity and consideration for occupational health and safety
