•Work days: Monday - Friday *non-negotiable*

Key Accountabilities
•Dealing with all telephone calls

•Meet set targets on a daily basis
•Responsible for any additional tasks given
Education/Work Experience

•Working knowledge of word and excel.
•Typing skills: at least 40 words per minute
