Under the direction of the Inventory Coordinator or Parts Management Technician, this position is responsible for all warehousing functions including shipping, receiving, and material handling in designated warehouse and storage areas.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming materials verifying shipment quantities and for quality assurance.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of inventory.
- Perform daily safety checks and operate general material handling equipment, including forklifts.
- Issues inventory in accordance with materials requisitions and material requests.
- Promote and adhere to a safe working environment, organizes, and cleans warehouses and stores areas.
- Complete inventory cycle counts and assists with/or resolves discrepancies as required.

Qualifications
- Grade 12 education.

- Working knowledge of industrial maintenance, operations, and repair (MRO) products. (i.e. Safety, Janitorial, PPE, etc.).
- Ability to complete WHMIS, TDG, and Forklift Certification with 3 months of hire.
- Possession of a valid Saskatchewan Class 5 Drivers license.
- SAP or ERP experience is considered an asset
- Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management practices and standards
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships
- Ability to prioritize, schedule, and plan time sensitive requirements in a fast paced and dynamic environment
