Qualifications

- Possession of valid recognized standard first aid and CPR certificates.
- Ability to complete in-house Aquatic Training within 6 months of hire.
- Possession of Red Cross Swim Kids 10 (Aqua Quest 12) or Red Cross Aqua Leader certification is an asset.
- Possession of Saskatchewan Parks and Recreation Association, or other recognized certification in fitness is an asset.
- Knowledge of the theory, philosophy, standards, trends, and practises of recreation program planning, particularly in a municipal setting.

You provide consulting services to the department and the branch in the areas of project management, business analysis, process review, and the implementation of redesigned processes and new technology solutions/processes/applications needed to support or expand business operations for the Transportation Services Department.
You lead project teams through contracted service providers, consultants and/or assigned teams of staff. Under delegated authority, you are responsible for all phases of project delivery from project inception through tendering/consultant selection/award, assembling of project teams, project implementation, monitoring, tracking and reporting on project status, vetting all project expenditures, and presenting completed results. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
