This work involves, preparation of evidence packages, research, compiling documentation, and reviewing the enforcement process and evidence (photos etc.) specific to the situation to confirm validity of tickets.
• Prepares disclosure packages in a timely manner at the request of the Solicitors office.
• Provides coverage for other parking staff positions as required including the Customer Service Coordinator, Parking Operations Manager and Policy and Permitting Manager. Acts for the Parking Services Manager on occasion, in their absence.
• Provides advice, technical and training support to staff in other Divisions responsible for managing parking enforcement contracts for civic initiatives such as street sweeping or clearing,
• Oversees all requests for ticket reviews (RTR’s) in conjunction with tickets issued in conjunction parking infractions, including providing training and management support for other staff involved in this review process.
