In the role of Sales Merchandiserworking inthe Vancouver area you will be part of theVancouver Retailteam. This position reports tothe District Sales Manager 

 

The idealmerchandiser candidate will possess great communication and time management skills, is driven for success and has a passion for quality beer. You will learn multiple aspects of merchandising, sales, and operations, while having the opportunity to represent some of Canada’s favourite brands. 

 

This will be a 8 month temporary contract position.

 

The Responsibilities : 

  • Through a First Choice lens, build and support relationships with key customers, business partners, industry associations, government and suppliers 
  • Ensure brilliant execution by building rapport and supporting product standards 
  • Install/Replace/Update POP material at the point of sale according to prior agreements or based on brand strategy (racks, price cards, display units, semi-permanent display, permanent display, etc.) 
  • Set up displays that have been previously negotiated at head office or store level. Ensure current POP material is visible. 
  • Ensure Molson products are in full distribution based on store/head office compliance. 
  • Ensure product is rotated and check code dates to ensure no expired product is available for sale. 
  • Check pricing to ensure compliance and correct if necessary 
  • Observe and record all competitive activity and report accordingly 
  • Ensure product quality in assigned accounts – out of code product, torn packaging, etc. 
  • Manage shipping and receiving of all POS material fromMolson Coors warehouse

Snapshot of a Day-in-the-Life:

  • General administration of HR programs and services in accordance with standard operating procedures and service level agreements established with the HR Centres of Excellence (COEs)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AT ENTRY

MINIMUM HIRING STANDARDS

In the role of  Key Account Representative  – MB, you will be part of the Prairies Retail Team. The person will be responsible for developing and executing the strategies for the MB market encompassing MBLL &  independent Retail customers across MB. The Key Account Representative's ability to deliver short-term and long-term sustainable profit and volume growth for Molson Coors while delivering against the Prairies customers' specific needs will be measured.

Performance Expectations

· Investigate and monitor new machinery and equipment and recommend or select efficient combinations.

· Conduct time studies to optimize cycle counts of existing processes.

· Assist in defining the plant layout and enhance ergonomic standards by establishing programs and conducting studies.

· Planning and executing of projects related to new and pre-existing production lines, improvements, upgrades, layouts, and new equipment related to machining or assembly.

· Attend Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP).

· Recognize and resolve tooling related difficulties.

· Interface with suppliers of raw materials and tools.

· Investigate and find resolution of specific processing problems for assigned projects/parts.

· Conduct studies of the reliability and performance of plant facilities and productions or administrative systems.

· Participate in corrective action to meet ongoing cost, quality, and delivery.

· Direct development of process flows, process sheets, FMEA’s, and control plans.

· Ensure the process is capable of producing parts in print specifications.

· Recognize and resolve process related difficulties with current and future projects.

· Assist in the preparations of quotations

· Participate in Customer Focus Meetings

· Assist in training shop floor personnel in machine set-up, equipment operations, and best practices.

· Adhere to TS16949 and applicable customer standards.

· Ability to discuss daily production with plant operators and maintenance staff.

· Ability to evaluate the ability of current building systems to address increased demands from plant operations.

· Estimate durations of development, fabrication, construction, and repair tasks.

· Ability to select materials and equipment to use for projects and decide appropriate codes.

 

Credentials

· Post-Secondary Education in Engineering or related discipline.

· Licensing by a provincial or territorial association of Professional Engineers (P.Eng.) considered an asset.

· Minimum of one years of experience in a machining or manufacturing environment.

· Proficient with Microsoft Office and CAD applications.

· Ability to write comprehensive entries into technical log books.

· Experience with risk analysis and failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA).

· Ability to review scale drawings.

· Ability to take precise measurements using specialized equipment and techniques.

· Ability to coordinate and integrate work within teams of engineers and technicians to work on common projects.

How You’ll Help: 

  • Provide daily support to Billing Administrators to ensure all job functions are getting completed in adherence to the Business Service Level Agreements 
  • Perform Billing Administrator job functions when required to support getting task (s) completed

  • Input other types of Billing (contract probills) unrelated to shipment movement

  • Work closely with customers and Sales to provide approved non-standard invoice options including updating customer web portals to provide accurate invoice details 
  • Handle escalated issues from Billing Administrators within established guidelines  
  • Exhibit leadership at all times, be accessible and approachable to all Billing Team members 
  • Maintain positive customer relationships, both internally and externally 
  • Other related duties as may be required 

 

Your Skills & Experience: 

  • Minimum of secondary education, with preference of post-secondary education (general stream), or a combination of education and experience. 
  • Minimum one year experience in a Billing Department 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills 
  • Computer skills – accuracy, MS products including strong Excel skills; AS400 experience, an asset. Must possess the ability to learn new software
