As the IT Specialist, Enterprise Development – SAP at Saputo, you will be a senior Development resource working with an experienced SAP Development team and collaborating with IT and Business teams.

Being our SAP Development SME, you will design various robust, secure, and high-quality technical solutions and perform hands-on coding with expert proficiency following best practices.

Your contributions will be essential for Saputo to continuously improve, innovate, and sustain our existing SAP on HANA system, and S/4 HANA in the near future.

How you will make contributions that matter:

Reporting to the IT Enterprise Development Senior Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Performing impact analysis of new solutions or modifications to existing solutions, and estimating the required development effort
• Working with Saputo SAP IT teams to translate business and functional requirements into robust, secure, and high-quality technical solutions
• Reviewing and solidifying the technical soundness and feasibility of solutions documented in the Functional Specifications Designs (FSDs)
• Creating and maintaining the Technical Specifications Designs (TSDs) that summarize the different SAP development objects we have implemented or modified
• Developing intermediate to very complex SAP custom objects as an individual contributor, and as a Lead Developer for larger initiatives
• Troubleshooting incidents and issues across all SAP environments including Production
• Promoting high quality output by reviewing the development deliverables of your developer teammates
• Actively coaching and mentoring your developer teammates, and at times assist them with their respective tasks whenever they encounter significant challenges and roadblocks

You are best suited for this role if you have the following qualifications:

• Solid hands-on experience in SAP ABAP technical design and development in SAP ECC6.0 or higher
• Experience with ABAP Web Dynpro, Floor Plan Manager, SAP Script, and NetWeaver Gateway Services
• With experience and/or solid understanding of the latest SAP trends such as SAP BTP, S/4 HANA, CDS, and SAPUI5 / Fiori applications development
• Experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) is a must
• Experience with these SAP modules is a plus:
  • Transportation Management (TM)
  • Master Data Governance (MDG)
  • Human Capital Management (HCM)
• Have used development tools like ABAP Development Tools (ADT) and/or Business Application Studio
• Can operate in a complex, fast-paced project environment with interdependencies spanning multiple teams and geographies

Salary Range: $88,325 - $115,930

Overview

As a member of the Maintenance team, the Millwright – Relief is responsible for the routine/preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of the manufacturing equipment, building and Building Equipment. This is a full-time permanent relief position, home shift is Wednesday-Saturday 3:00PM – 12:30AM.

Schedule:  Home shift is Wednesday-Saturday 3:00PM – 12:30AM, when not relieving

Wage: $50.10 per hour

How you will make contributions that matter…

• Facilitate the timely and efficient processing and packaging of fluid products.
• Carries out preventative maintenance on assigned equipment.
• Trouble shoots and repairs equipment in breakdown situations to ensure production efficiencies are achieved.

Shift timings: Monday 6:30AM-6:30PM, Tuesday 6:30AM-6:30PM, Wednesday 10:30AM-2:30PM, Friday 6:30AM-6:30PM

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Perform access control provision duties, verify visitors coming on-site. 
• Perform concierge duties for c level executives including escorting them throughout the building.
• Screen visitors and direct to appropriate area. Appointments must be confirmed with the client employee before providing access to areas within the office.
• Escort medical staff including paramedics, police and firefighters when required.
• Respond to medical emergencies and be prepared to perform CPR and AED if needed.
• Unlock and lock doors for access by authorized persons.
• Follow security breach procedures by notifying supervisors or other appropriate personnel when security breaches occur.
• Perform foot patrols on various floors and ensure C level floors are monitored at all times.
• Escort and monitor contractors coming on site.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

• Valid Ontario Security License
• Valid First Aid and CPR Certificate
• 3-5 years security concierge experience strongly preferred.
• Thorough understanding of security protocols and procedures including emergency response.
• Ability to travel to the site.
• Have your own suit. This is a non-uniformed role.

Reports To: Site Security Manager

Location: Brampton, ON

Pay Rate: $20.45/HR.

Shift: 0700-1900/1900-0700 Continental Rotation (You must be able to work days and nights)

SUMMARY
Responsibilities include access control, escalations, loss prevention, incident response, and reporting safety and security incidents. The successful candidate will use strong customer service skills and the ability to facilitate effective communication internally and externally to perform the job. They will respond to email, triage issues, and direct them to the proper authority for resolution. They also assist in the timely completion of reports. They perform administrative and miscellaneous duties as directed by management.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

1. Monitors physical security operations at the client.
2. Monitors cameras and access control systems covering data calls and entry/exit doors. 
3. Dispatches appropriate personnel, as necessary.  
4. Identifies and escalates issues in accordance with documented policies and procedures. 
5. Reviews all reports written during shift. 
6. Ensures all scheduled posts are filled. 
7. Maintains documentation and follows standardized procedures to successfully complete unannounced audits. 
8. Collects complete information for detailed report and appropriate follow-up. Prepares well written reports and maintains strict distribution to “need to know” parties. 
9. Cross-training will be provided for all site-based roles, enabling you to step in for other position coverage and offer relief breaks to guards, when required by operational needs.
10. Prepares written and electronic logs and reports as required for the site while entering information in appropriate computer systems. 
11. Read and comprehends standard operations procedures, post orders, reports, and other printed materials. 
12. Performs additional tasks assigned by management. 
13. Evaluates and escalates potential safety issues within the facility. 
14. Required to know and follow safe work practices, and to be aware of company policies and procedures related to job safety, including safety rules and regulations. Notify supervisor upon becoming aware of unsafe working conditions.
